You know I’m not a gloss girl. I can’t stand when my hair gets stuck to my lips.. it’s a hard no. So when I found @typologyparis tinted lip oil, I was really happy that it gave me the color and shine like a gloss, but wasn’t sticky and tacky like one. They added 2 new shades that I love and added to my collection. Luminous Glow is a new fave and goes great with a neutral lip liner. Powder pink is another go-to for me.
If you like the look of gloss but can’t stand the texture- give this one a try!

Jan 02 : Went to dinner in town. I wore comfy sandals (@schutz ) because I knew we would be walking. This linen dress is from @aliceandolivia and was exactly what I wanted for night 2. Comfy but elevated.
The truth is though, I don’t like my legs right now. I started working out in a gym because that’s really how my body looks and feels it’s best, and I’m starting to see some changes. So I don’t usually opt for a dress or shorts. It’s funny how when you’re on vacation you’ll wear and choose things that are “vacationey”. Things out of your comfort zone or a little bit more extra AF. I brought a few things I probably wouldn’t put on at home but seemed fitting for vacation even though Florida is a vacation everyday lol. And although I love this dress and would wear back home, I felt ok and didn’t really give my legs a second thought here on holiday. Part of what I’m working on in 2025 is really trying to be comfortable with me and not worry as much what others may think, see or say.

What am I doing to help my legs and the tone?
•I started taking a supplement called @timeline_longevity . I’ve seen a few pages of people I trust talk about it and I decided to order it. It’s too soon to tell what changes I see so I’ll keep you posted.
•I started doing my body gua sha with this large wooden tool on my upper thighs to help smooth out the fascia and water.
•Started back in the gym focusing on my legs. Squats, machines, lunges…
•NAD+ : started this at @cr8health and excited to see and feel the benefits of it.

Plans for the new year include :
• using my red light panel again
• actually using the sauna at our home. How convenient right? A sauna built into our master bathroom, you think we would use it all the time.. but nope. I need to change that. There so many studies of how amazing they are and all the benefits.
• selenium. I’d like to find a great supplement and add that into my routine.
• Korean spa : get a mega exfoliation done to help with skin tone and texture.

Anything I’m missing that will help tighten and tone the skin?

01.01.2025 Reflecting. Grateful. Excited.
I know it’s cheesy, but for some a new year really is a fresh start to try again. To improve what didn’t work or change things to make them better. I love journaling and writing down the things I’d like to accomplish in the months and year ahead.

I make folders on my phone to organize my screenshots of inspo I took (there’s a lot). I make collections here on IG of things that inspired me.
And my vision board I did in December with my friends. All the little things that help me stay on some sort of track… to help hold myself accountable.

What sort of things do you do the first week of the new year?! Rituals, routines? I’m always looking on ways to improve.
